BOLDMERE ST Michaels won 6-1 at home to Bewdley Town in the early premier division kick off to keep the pressure on leaders Hanley Town.
There was two goals from Lewis Archer, one from Alex McSkeane, Harry Craven and Robbie Thompson-Brown plus an own goal. Bewdley's reply came late from Simon Rudd. Hanley didn't let it bother them though, winning 5-1 at Haughmond with two goals from Reece Jones and others from Tim Sanders, Jake Avery and Chris Dagnall. AFC Wulfrunians kept up their recent good form with a 1-0 win at Uttoxeter Town courtesy of a Chris Knight strike and Racing Club Warwick edged out at Lye at home by the same with a goal from Costus Lautaru. There was drama at Castle Vale where the game between Romulus and Lichfield City was abandoned on 76 minutes with the score at 4-4 after a serious injury to Jamie Elkes. In the first division, Atherstone Town kept up their title charge wit a 4-0 win at home to Heath Hayes, Ryan Quinn and Alex Naughton both getting two goals and Dudley Town beat Wolverhampton Sprting Community 2-0 with Lewis Taylor-Boyces' seventh of the season and the other from Dan Danks. Dudley Sports are now bottom after a 2-0 defeat at Shawbury coupled with Khalsa Football Federation drawing 1-1 at home to Chelmsley Town whilst AFC Bridgnorth surpised Paget Rangers by beating them 4-1 away.
